Construction of 3.3m x 1.8m chamber and connection to existing 1350mm diameter stormwater pipe downstream; re-lay 150mm sewer in DICL flange class; supply and lay 1200mm dia class 2 RCP from chamber to existing stormwater pipe network within development; construct new field inlet pit 600 x 600, 225 dia RCP connector, driveway down easement - remove temporary AC surfacing and residual of RC driveway and chamber surrounding, replace with 180mm thick 8m wide exposed aggregate RC driveway and surrounding the chamber; vehicle crossing – plain RC concrete driveway.
